Flash Avionics and Aerospace 'Javelin' Freighter by DJP15 Flash Avionics and Aerospace 'Javelin' Freighter by DJP15
(Excuse poor image quality, SAI isn't long pic friendly)

Originally designed and realised by notorious 'privateer militia supporter' Drake Interplanetary, the Caterpillar Freighter was a design quickly admired and swept up but the budding new company FAA (Flash Avionics and Aerospace). It's relatively sleek and ominous shadow was greatly adored by the company's CEO. Like a great steel spear of the sky, which is how the company's variation name of 'Javelin' came to pass.

Needless to say, Drake Interplanetary were not impressed. Various law suits were filed against FAA for 'theft of design'. Though the industry giant was already far too buried in law cases of its own thanks to its own infamous dealings. FAA were free to mould the design into its own. The Javelin is now FAA's crowning achievement and the prototype is performing to perfection. With the prototype in the latter stages of its ALPHA stage classification, it wont be long until the Javelin will be rolled out into implementation and be practising for its many varying roles.

I made this in Kerbal Space Program ^^ *is proud of himself* and she does fly, it just kills my frame rate.

Sooooo basically this is what happens when your house loses internet for a few days and you have the week off.
Im gonna admit my nerdism and show you to the entire file i started writing up about this, including construction materials and full testing report :iconlazycryplz:

It's a beast to fly, and it feels so good that after so many prototypes, this one works :') a feeling of success.

Enjoy!

This is fucking glorious, try out one of the part welder mods to help with your frame issues, also, are all those landing gear needed?

It holds itself together pretty well as ive built it but that is certainly something I may look up. Yes its a very heavy bugger and even with the suspension locked they still sagg a little at the back. But above all else THANKYOU! I hope to one day make even more big ships ^^

more gear would be the answer as its a rear weighter problem more than a structural one :)
